School of Leadership

With a view to wellbeing and effective leadership, we have combined forces with well-known organizations to launch in Pakistan for the first time an evidence-based, comprehensive improvement model. It will equip students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in the 21^st-century. It is designed to assist students in personal and organizational leadership, practice decision-making, and community engagement. The framework is developed in partnership with educators and integrates a culture of student empowerment. The model addresses common challenges that are unique to students during the formative years. It provides support to a student’s physical, mental, social, and economic wellbeing.

Our program focuses on a culture of social-emotional learning. It helps students build self-confidence and discover their true potential. It is combined with TCS‘s career guidelines to offer students the opportunity to cultivate their independence, navigate their purpose, and direction in life. With an exhaustive system in place, strategies, and tools to educate on leadership, we are all set to transform the next generation of global leaders at TCS.
