Based in the head office, the CRM officer performs a mediating role in case of conflicts and queries from NWA regarding promotion, training, ERP, and issues mainly related to the academics. CRM officer also acts as an ambassador to NWA to enable effective communication, fix management mishaps, and ensure the smooth running of the systems.
